We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. We may also cancel your order if you provide erroneous or insufficient information in relation to your credit card details (including number, expiration date or card security value, if required), billing information or shipping address.



In the event that the product you purchased online is defective and requires any form of warranty, you will need to email our Customer Care team straight away.
Please note that a change in mind does not constitute an acceptable reason for return.
You have 30 days from the receipt of the shipment to return any defective item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container.



All surfboards sold by No Logo Surfboards come with a warranty to be free from any manufacturing defects or faults. Surfboards are NOT warranted against breakage. This warranty is not transferable. Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances. Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by No Logo Surfboards. A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by No Logo Surfboards to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer’s credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by freight collected. No Logo Surfboards also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found. All warranties are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, mis-installed, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged. Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods. Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to No Logo Surfboards. No Logo Surfboards is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to No Logo Surfboards.


www.nologo.surf  is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received money will be refunded using the same method as the one used with the order.





Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.



You may cancel your custom order, but your deposit is non-refundable once production has started.
